Growing up, monogamy was something that was implied. It was never talked about, but I always understood that dating was meant to be between two people. Now in my 30s, the way I date is nothing how I learned it to be growing up.
I created The Polyamorous Millennial to be an insight into my experience with non-traditional relationships. I don’t think that there is one correct way to have a relationship, monogamy works for some, non-monogamy works for others.
This blog seeks to demystify non-monogamous relationships so that future generations feel more comfortable choosing a relationship style that resonates with them.
I aim to shed light on the ups and downs of ethical non-monogamy and give readers a peek into what living life as a polyamorous millennial entails.
It’s my hope in the years to come, that polyamory becomes a more widely accepted option at the buffet table that is dating.
XO,
Kelsey
